Yard Operative

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Yard Operative to join a busy team based in Tangmere to support their peak season - available immediately! This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a practical working environment.

Applicants must have their own transport or live locally due to the location of the site.

Main Duties:

• General yard work and site housekeeping
• Packing and preparing compost products
• Loading, unloading, lifting and shifting materials
• Assisting with recycling operations
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
• Working as part of a small, hardworking team

Requirements:

• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
