Role Description
Lead outdoor maintenance efforts as a Landscaping Supervisor, overseeing crews during all seasons. This full-time role involves working directly with teams for both lawn care and winter maintenance.
We are looking for a motivated Landscape/Lawncare Supervisor to manage operations year-round. You will engage with landscaping and lawn maintenance crews during the growing season and supervise winter snow removal teams. Supervisory experience is crucial as you will also train and mentor crew members while ensuring safety practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee landscaping and lawncare crew activities
• Manage winter maintenance operations effectively
• Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
• Train crew members and promote safe work practices
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment
Requirements:
• Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care needed
• Supervisory experience is required
• Valid driving licence is necessary
