Join the YMCA of Greater Toronto as a Sports Program Leader in North York, inspiring community connection through sports and active living. Your leadership will enrich programs for children and adults.
This full-time position supports Child and Youth programs as well as Adult Sports initiatives. You'll provide direct program delivery while coaching participants and ensuring engaging, safe experiences. Strengthening relationships within the community and achieving program excellence are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Child, Youth, and Family sports programming
• Coach YMCA Leagues to meet quality indicators
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance programs
• Address participant concerns throughout shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Preferred degree in Recreation Leadership or equivalent
• Current First Aid/CPR certification mandatory
