Role Description
Support Young Life’s mission through dedicated Housekeeping at RockRidge Canyon. Ensure safety and cleanliness to enhance the experience for guests, crew, and volunteers alike.
This Housekeeping role focuses on maintaining high standards within the facilities while modeling values and spiritual leadership. You will communicate effectively with other departments and manage various cleaning tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Engaging in community prayer and teamwork is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to established cleaning policies and procedures
• Conduct cleanliness inspections and suggest improvements
• Manage linen services and provide organizational support
• Engage with fellow staff to promote cultural well-being
• Train and supervise seasonal interns and volunteers effectively
