This position demands a dedicated individual to support youth (ages 12-17) facing mental health issues and challenging life circumstances. You'll guide them in essential life skills, provide social and emotional support, and help them navigate community resources. Additionally, acting as a community liaison and ensuring safe environments through trauma-informed interventions is a core aspect of the job.
