This role, reporting to the Coordinator IV, emphasizes recruiting and mentoring youth while overseeing community engagement initiatives. Your efforts will directly support grant deliverables while providing program participants with a robust experience in community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily community service project activities
• Mentor and recruit youth participants for the program
• Collaborate with schools and employers for holistic learning
• Ensure accurate data collection for grant compliance
• Guide participants in achieving personal and community goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrable relevant experience
• Expertise in youth development programs
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities
