Step into the role of Youth Support Specialist with Taproot Community Support Services. Engage and support young people aged 13-18 in Downtown Victoria through a trauma-informed lens.
This part-time position requires dedication to supporting youth with behavioral challenges in a residential program. You will work as part of a care team to assess their needs and implement growth-oriented service plans on a set schedule from Friday to Sunday. Build relationships that empower youth to thrive in a safe environment.
